The 2023 SEAK Farmers Summit will be held February 23-25th, 2023 at the Holy Cross House (406 Excel St.) in Petersburg, AK.

There are two ticket options: 1) "All inclusive" which includes conference admission and all meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner Friday-Sunday). Earlybird special $200 when you use coupon code FARMSEAK23 to save $50 when registering before January 11th, 2023. Standard price $250 if purchased after 1/11/23. 2) "Locals Only" which includes conference admission but NO meals. Earlybird special $80 when you use coupon code FARMSEAK23 to save $50 when registering before January 11th, 2023. Standard price $130 if purchased after 1/11/23. All Saturday presentations will be free and open to the community! Some selected presentations will be available via Zoom throughout the weekend, registration will be FREE for all Zoom presentations.

1. OBI Seafoods is generously offering low-cost bunkhouse style accommodations in one of their company bunkhouses for participants who are traveling on a budget. You can reserve a bunk for $25/night when you register for the summit via our website. You must provide your own bedding. 2. The Tides Inn -- 307 1st. Street. Offering a special rate for SEAK Farmers Summit participants of $126/night for rooms with 1 bed (max occupancy of 2) and $150/night for rooms with 2 beds (max occupancy of 4). Offering a special rate for SEAK Farmers Summit participants of $120 single occupancy/$130 double occupancy for rooms with a Queen sized bed, and $130 single occupancy/$140 double occupancy for rooms with a King sized bed. There are also many bed & breakfast style accommodations available in Petersburg, as well as AirBnb listings. We suggest choosing one that is located in the downtown area so you can easily walk to and from the conference venue without needing a vehicle!

All cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to seakfarmerssummit@gmail.com. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Please see below for important registration dates, including dates for specific cancellation fees/refunds. Should the in-person conference need to be cancelled due to Covid complications, we will offer a full refund to all registered participants. $50 OFF DISCOUNT if registered before January 11, 2023. We request that all participants bring a reusable water bottle and reusable hot drink mug to use throughout the weekend. We will not have disposable cups available so if you want to enjoy coffee, tea and water throughout the weekend you must bring your own cup/mug/bottle! Thank you for helping us to reduce waste at our event. It is also advisable to bring a raincoat or umbrella because it is a short walk from the conference venue to the place where meals will be held. We will also have a "take one -- leave one" book table so consider bringing along any agriculture related books or magazines you'd like to pass along to a fellow farmer!

We will be offering a limited number of travel scholarships for participants who will not be able to attend the SEAK Farmers Summit without financial assistance. These will be reimbursement scholarships, so you will need to submit receipts of your plane or ferry ticket purchases. Funds are limited, so please only apply for a scholarship if the costs involved will keep you from attending the conference. We will do our best to support everyone who wants to attend!
